1. Rain Date Policy
In the event of inclement weather on 05 October 2024, the Aroha Cruise In will be rescheduled to the rain date of 12 October 2024. The decision to reschedule the event will be made at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
2. Notification of Reschedule
Event attendees will be notified of the decision to reschedule by 6:00 AM at the latest on the original event date (05 October 2024) via the following methods:
- Email notification to all registered attendees.
- Announcement on the official Aroha Cruise In website.
- Updates on Aroha Cruise In’s social media channels.
3. Ticket Validity and Administration Fee Tickets purchased for the original event date will automatically be valid for the rain date. Attendees must present their original tickets for entry on 12 October 2024. No additional purchase or exchange is necessary. Please note that all tickets will include a $5 administration fee, which is non-refundable.
VIP Ticket Fee: In addition to the $5 administration fee, VIP ticket holders are eligible for a $25 refund. The remaining $50 covers the cost of a t-shirt, which is non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy Refunds will not be issued due to the change of date to the rain date. If the event is cancelled on the rain date due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to ticket holders, excluding the $5 administration fee and the $50 VIP fee. The refund process will be communicated via email and the official event website.
6. Vendor and Participant Obligations All vendors and participants are expected to adhere to the rescheduled event date. Any vendor or participant unable to attend on the rain date should notify the event organizers immediately upon receiving the reschedule notice.
7. Liability Aroha Cruise In and its organizers will not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by attendees, vendors, or participants as a result of the rescheduling of the event.
